1. No MP3 function with USB disk and speaker for this product.

2. The power of the lamp is default 9W. If you would like to buy 27W, please feel free to contact with us. The price is different.

3. No DMX connectors behind the ball. If you want to use it, you must connect to DMX 512 controller, which is used in the professional stage and control many lamps, and is also controlled by professional person. It is no use of this function for most of the buyer. This lamp can be well controlled with remote controller that we have attached.

4. There is a fan for cooling inside the ball, so it is normal that there is a little noise.

5. European Union standard round plug shall be default provided. Other can convert with distribution plug adapter. Please kindly refer to the following pic.

Question 1: Are there 7 Sound control modes for your item? As we know, there are only 3 sound control modes for the other sellers.

Answer : Yes, there are 7 Sound control modes for our product. You can find them in our video or remote contol panel. This function has been developed by ourselves.

Question 2: We would like to know whether the fan can be stopped with remote controller. There is a small bug for other sellers, which can be found in their feedback. The fan can not be stopped, when they close the lamp with remote control panel.

Answer: We promise the fan can be stopped with remote controller. We have updated the circuit board.

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

What about customs?

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
